Click & Collect Service

We provide a Click & Collect service from our warehouse.

Shed 4, 21 Coppards Road, Moolap, Victoria 3224.

Pickup hours by prior arrangement : Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding public holidays.

Click and Collect orders are ready within 24 hours.

Shipping Guide

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item leaves our warehouse, allowing you to follow its progress. The typical delivery window is between 3 and 5 business days.

Alternative, you can view the status of your orders by click the “Track My Orders” link and follow the instructions.

Special Note

Please keep in mind that delivery times may be longer during the Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holiday seasons due to holiday traffic. If your delivery address will be unattended, please specify where the parcel should be left in the comments box during checkout.
