About Order
We charge a flat rate of $12.00 for orders under $149 and provide FREE SHIPPING to Melbourne’s suburbs address on orders over $149.00. For additional information on shipping fees, please visit Shipping Guide Page.
In most cases, if you place your order before 10 a.m., we are usually dispatched your order the same day. If you place an order after 10 a.m., we will try to dispatch your order the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, it will take from 3–5 working days to arrive at your address. Click here for a complete shipping guide.
To track your order: please visit Track My Order page and follow the steps below:
1- Click on Track Your Order
2- Please enter your Order ID and your Email address in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
You can request for a cancellation prior to order dispatched for a full refund, simply give us a call on 1300 331 881 to request for a cancellation.
Please note, orders that are dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled.

When you place an online order and receive a confirmation email, you will indeed receive an invoice.
Refund & Return
Please contact us via an online form with your order details if you need help returning an online order. Our refund and return policy last 10 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us immediately if you find that the delivery is defective or damaged. Please contact us via our online enquiry form with proof of the damaged product. We will get back to you with the replacement.
When your order has been cancelled, your money will be returned using the same payment method that you used to make the original purchase.
It typically takes 3-5 business days for refunds to show up in your account. When your refund is completed on our end, you should get a confirmation email. Contact us via an online contact form if after 5 business days you have not received your funds in your account.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please get in touch with us right away so we can, if necessary, conduct a more thorough investigation. From there, we can arrange a new delivery if necessary or issue a full refund for the purchase.
