General Terms

The shopping cart will add the selected bottles. Once your order, delivery, and payment are made, we will pack and send your order within 2–3 days.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or do not like the particular product ordered. We will, however, replace or refund the purchase price if the product is defective or not as ordered, except where a selected product has been substituted for a similar product.

If you believe the product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible, or, if not as ordered, within 7 days of delivery.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Unavailable Stock

If a product is ordered that is out of stock, we may supply the closest alternative so that the order can be completed. If no alternative is available, a credit may be processed.
