This single-varietal alcohol-free wine presents wonderfully expressive notes of blackcurrants, mulberries and blueberries in the glass. In addition, there are hints of dark chocolate, cinnamon and oriental spices. Vinification of the alcohol-free Carl Jung Merlot Bio
This elegant red wine from Germany is organically vinified from the Merlot grape variety. In the Rheingau region, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loam and loess. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in the cellar at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, this wine is carefully dealcoholized.
Ideal to Serve
